Cut the avocado into slices and finely grate the squash.
Feel free to add other components to make your vegan Mexican taco more fitting for your taste buds.
Arrange the tortilla with slices of avocado, Chick Free, pickled red onions, squash, vegan cheese, and coriander.
For extra flavour sprinkle it with lime juice.
Lastly, garnish with the sauces before serving.
With vegan Mexican tacos, you can always be creative with toppings. But usually the most common condiments are salsa, guacamole and a bunch of more veggies such as lettuce, tomatoes and even jalapeno.
